Excellent issue of Baghdad by the Sea-thanks for centering veterans. Vote Vets is a great resource. I recommend that others, particularly county party officers, make personal contact with them. Here in Montezuma County, CO they have reached out to local vets to get endorsements on issues pertinent to us - a recent example is the proposed national monument designation for the Dolores River Canyon. We are going to ask them to endorse candidates running in red districts who are vets - we have a Democratic woman running for CO senate district 6 who's also a vet. Their endorsement will go a long way to win votes. This is a Republican stronghold and we've not had a Dem run for this seat.
Love this Daniel!! Supporting our Vets is one of the many reasons I do what I do. Thank you so very much for your service!! This Country owes each and every single one of you a huge debt of Gratitude.

I'm working hard every day too to help make sure that DJT never ever sets foot in the White House again.
Another great Substack I ran across recently you may or not heard of is called "The Grumpy Combat Veteran" written by retired Major Will Selber. He spent multiple tours in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars and writes beautifully about his experiences both painful and otherwise. He also has a deep knowledge of foreign affairs as well. I highly recommend his site. He still struggles too with the way the Afghanistan war ended and could use some support.
Thanks again Daniel for all you do. I always enjoy reading your comments. Glad to be with you in this continued fight to save our Country. It is indeed an Honor. โค๏ธ๐บ๐ธ๐
Excellent points, Donald. Reaching them is not only good for getting out the vote for rationality and decency in November, but itโs a service to people whoโve done a service to this country to get them off the Donald Train.
I was looking at the votevets site. It's amazing how many people have served our country and are still serving now in the political world. My question is do they only back Democrats? To me that isn't very important these days. And do they back any vet running or do they lifted who else is running for that office as a Democrat?
